Blackberry Bold Review – the First in Many Categories

RIM recently announced the unveiling of a new Smartphone they have dubbed the Blackberry Bold. The Blackberry Bold includes many new features that RIM has never included on any of the current or previous Blackberry phones. The major “first” is that the Blackberry Bold is the first model to include 3G HDSPA technology. The resolution on the screen is also higher than on previous Blackberry models and with the addition of support while the user works with Microsoft office files, working with the Blackberry Bold will make it substantially easier than it was with any of the earlier Blackberry models. The screen size on the Blackberry Bold measures around 480 x 320, which makes it large enough for a user to comfortably view mobile video and long emails. This larger display area means the Blackberry Bold has to be larger than previous Blackberry phones, but in spite of the size increase, it is still lightweight with a keyboard that is easy to operate. Another first for this model is the inclusion of Blackberry 4.6, the newest version of the Blackberry operating system. It has a 624 MHz processor and in addition to being the first Blackberry with 3G HSDPA high speed networking, it also has GPS and Wi-Fi.Prior to the introduction of the Blackberry Bold, working with Microsoft Office files was rather obsolete, but new technology by RIM includes the DataViz Documents to Go. It is a more stable program that is considered a premium program among Mobile Office suite software. Documents to Go allows you to view documents and presentations almost the same as you would be able to view them on a desktop PC.  This is a definite advantage for those who do a great deal of traveling and rely on their Blackberry for communications with their office and clients. Remember, however, that you may only be able to view Microsoft documents but not edit them. Since the Blackberry Bold is not yet available in all global markets, you may need to search a little bit to find a Blackberry Bold review that will allow you enough information to make a decision about upgrading to this Blackberry model. The features are designed with both the business and personal traveler in mind, so you don′t have to worry about any loss of features with the Blackberry Bold. As the Blackberry Bold becomes more globally available, you will see a variety of mobile phone deals that will help ease the burden of purchasing the Blackberry Bold. It is certainly the wave of the future in Smartphones and the newest one from RIM. This first 3G phone from RIM provides many features that one would expect from a Blackberry that have not been previously available, and the fact that it includes so many first time features shows that RIM is looking toward a new generation of Smartphones. Read a Blackberry Bold review and you will understand why this model is destined to become more popular than any other model RIM has released.

Trade In Your Blackberry And Benefit

The increase in pace at which technology advances through the 21st century leaves many of us left behind with older, or not so up to date technology, the problem lays in the fact that we all want to be up to date with the latest gadgets and gizmos. In order for us to do this we have to trade in our old Blackberry or device to enable an upgrade. Getting a good price when you trade in a Blackberry used to be a difficult task, and more often that not you get a terrible price if the Blackberry you trade in is not in immaculate condition.

Trying to trade in a broken Blackberry used to be a near impossible task, and something I shall mention in a moment, bringing a great solution, but for those of us who which to get a straight trade in on our Blackberry for a cash payment have to look no further than the internet these days. There is no need to scour the streets trying to find a back alley shop that will pay any reasonable amount for you to trade in a Blackberry with them, nor is the heartache of being told that you can trade in your Blackberry or other handheld device, but will only receive some loose change for it.

And as I mentioned, regardless of the condition of the Blackberry you want to trade in – whether it is just used, old or broken you can still receive a cash payment for it when you trade it online. Many people still believe that a broken Blackberry has to be added to the pile of e-waste that is increasing each year due to the lack of knowledge about trade ins for old Blackberry’s and other electronic devices. You can trade in a broken Blackberry as easily as you can trade in a sparkling six month old Blackberry because you want to upgrade.

So, the solution for the Blackberry trade in lies online and is waiting for you to benefit from it. There are some great sites available such as cashforberrys – I mention these as they have dedicated websites for each device and qualified, professional technicians, ensuring you get the best price available for your Blackberry trade in and enables you to put this cash towards your upgrade. Also when trading online you need to know that your private information will remain private and this is done online in a more secure manner than when you trade in with a high street store.

Blackberry Bold Review – Features and Overview

RIM has recently announced the introduction of a new smartphone called the Blackberry Bold. This new offering by RIM will include many new features that have never been offered in the past on any current Blackberry phones. The Blackberry Bold is also the first Blackberry that has 3G HSDPA technology. The resolution on the screen will also be higher than on previous Blackberry models and the addition of support when working with Microsoft Office files will make working with the Blackberry Bold much easier than earlier models. The Blackberry Gold has a screen size of around 480 x 320, large enough to allow users to use mobile video and read long emails much easier. Because of the larger display area, the Blackberry Bold is somewhat larger than other recent Blackberries. In spite of the increase in size, it is rather lightweight with an easy to operate keyboard. This model is the first to include Blackberry 4.6, the newest version of the Blackberry operating system. The Blackberry Gold also includes a 624 MHz processor and is the first of RIM’s phones to support HSDPA high speed networks, GPS and Wi-Fi. Up until now Blackberry has been behind the eight-ball in working with Microsoft Office files. Instead of old technology, new RIM smartphones including the Blackberry Bold will utilize the DataViz Documents to Go, a much more stable and premium version among the Mobile Office suites. With Documents to Go you can view documents and presentations almost exactly as they would appear if you were viewing them on a desktop. This is a definite advantage for those who travel frequently and use their Blackberry to communicate with their office as well as clients. Keep in mind that in many cases you can only view Microsoft documents, you cannot change them. Since the Blackberry Bold is new to the market you will need to search a little more for a Blackberry Bold review. That doesn’t mean there are no reviews available but rather that it will take some time before you will find many reviews on this phone. As you look forward you will discover that once mobile phone deals start to become available for the Blackberry Bold, it will become more popular and Blackberry Bold reviews will become easier to locate. Blackberry has always been the most well-known among the smartphones but with so many other manufacturers developing their own smartphones, it’s essential for Blackberry to be able to stay competitive and include some features RIM has never included on the Blackberry but that other smartphones have been using since their releases. With the competition so stiff for smartphones, RIM has to enter into the 21st century with its offerings and provide users with more features if they are to remain competitive. The number of “firsts” that are on the Blackberry Bold shows they are on their way to remaining the most popular smartphone on the market in both the individual as well as business sectors.

Blackberry Pearl 8220 Flip Phone Launches With O2 UK – Blackberry 8220 Flip

Blackberry smartphones have followed a very set design over the years, the Curve editions are always slightly wider in girth but slim whereas the Pearl range is the closest a Blackberry phone comes to looking like a regular mobile device.

However, the manufacturer has tried a new design, new for them but not for the overall mobile phones market, clamshell phones have been around for over 15 years dating back to the first ever flip phone the Motorola Star Tac – if you are old enough you will remember that it was considered a major breakthrough in mobile technology.

Over the past few years the main four UK mobile phone manufacturers have all released at least one flip phone, Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Samsung and most fanously Motorola who always seem to have a clamshell on the market so why has it taken Blackberry so long to produce one of these? More importantly, have they made a good job of it?

The new 8220 is actually a part of the Pearl range of Blackberry phones and when you see a picture you will realise why, the handset offers the same characturistic slim but deep build of the other Pearl models especially when fully opened.

The Blackberry 8220 Flip, otherwise known as the Blackberry Kickstart 8220, is in short Blackberry’s first flip phone that offers all the added advantages of being a Blackberry smartphone but with the benefits of being a clamshell.  This phone has caused quite a stir of late, with its reinvented design, RIM have pushed the boundaries that much further with what looks to be a very successful result.

The Blackberry 8220 Flip smartphone comes with the Blackberry OS v4.6.1 and has opted for a bigger 2.6 inch internal screen as well as an external LCD display.  Although there’s no GPS radio the Pearl 8220 is still a Quad Band GSM device with GPRS support and EDGE technology plus WiFi connectivity.

The Blackberry Pearl 8220 Flip mobile phone weighs a little over 100g and features a new and improved HTML web browser that is not only capable of viewing desktop website versions but mobile versions as well.  As with the majority of Blackberry devices the Pearl 8220 is just as capable as a messaging device as any other and with the presence of SureType just as easy.  Supporting the likes of email and instant messaging with Yahoo! and Google Talk, the Blackberry 8220 Pearl shines brightly under scrutiny.

Sporting a 2MP autofocus camera with video capture for want to be photographers, the Blackberry Flip has something for everyone and music lovers will be pleased with the inclusion of a full media player with multiple audio support and 3.5mm audio headset jack.  A stereo headset is included in the package.

This new clamshell device has initially been made available on O2 pay monthly contract deals in the UK, however the phone is set to enjoy further launches on competing network operators over the coming days, in conclusion the Blackberry 8220 Flip offers the same great features as the latest Pearl edition phones but with the added benefits of the keypad being hidden beneath the flip whilst not in use.

Whether this draws a new client base for RIM remains to be seen but clamshell mobile phones do have their enthusiasts who swear by nothing else, should they be considering a business enabled phone with a pleasurable side for those dull moments then the Blackberry Pearl 8220 ticks the boxes.

BlackBerry Pearl Review

When you hold a BlackBerry Pearl in your hands for the first time you will probably wonder why so much can be pushed into one small box. A BlackBerry Pearl is one of the smaller BlackBerry’s. Most people like the large look and feel of the BlackBerry’s but there are consumers who prefer everything that a BlackBerry offers but without it being so big in size. There are some differences in the BlackBerry Pearl and the regular BlackBerry and we are about to look at those differences.
There are actually more advantages of owning a BlackBerry Pearl than any other BlackBerry. Like the BlackBerry Curve, the Pearl features a trackball that can be used just like a mouse is used on a computer. This can help you navigate through your menu and other selections quick and easy.
On the side of your BlackBerry Pearl you will find several little buttons that help you to get where you are going faster. These keys are referred to as your Convenience keys because they save you a few steps to get where you are going. You can access voice dialing, camera functions, master volume control, and more. You can also hook up your earphones for convenient listening or have immediate access to the USB port.
For BlackBerry Pearl users you may have noticed something different with the keypad. Because the keypad is smaller than the standard Blackberry there had to be some changes made in order to suit the smaller appearance of the BlackBerry Pearl. The first change came on the keypad by doubling up on the letters or function of each key. When you start typing a word you will notice a list of possible words to help you write quicker. You can choose from the list or create your own. If you have never owned a BlackBerry phone before then downsizing is not going to bother you all that much. If you have owned a BlackBerry Phone before than you will need to take time to get use to the smaller keyboard.
A BlackBerry Pearl has other brilliant features as well. Whether you are in to music or not the multimedia function on the BlackBerry Pearl is amazing and beneficial for viewing texts, creating video, taking pictures, and more. If you love the features of an MP3 player you are going to love the BlackBerry Pearl multimedia function. Imagine being able to capture every moment in time without carrying around a camera. The camera built into the BlackBerry Pearl will take care of all your pictures with class. Of course it’s always a good idea to purchase a memory card to hold all your pictures and music on your BlackBerry Pearl so it doesn’t consume all your memory.
Other features that are included with the BlackBerry Pearl include Microsoft Office so you can work on the go. Send attachments, answer emails, read important documents right from the palm of your hand. This program is well worth having as it allows you the freedom to be away from your desk without falling behind.

A budget is the key of debt free success

Only proven way to get out of debt consolidation begins and ends with the word feared budget. Yes, it is necessary to budget, if you ever plan to get out of debt at some point in your life. If you were in on your next credit card debt and you just can′t seem to get it do you budget so that you can find a way to do it and get it quickly?

One of the reasons why a number of budgeting is so effective is because it forces you to only spend a certain amount of money for certain things, while allocating a good portion of their income to debt you accumulated. However, one of the biggest things to remember is that you have to account for things which will happen in your life. You can not expect not to eat, go to the movies or if you have fun for as long as you plan for repaying your debt. It’s time to get out of debt and start living a debt free life.

This type of budget, it is completely unjustified and will land you more debt, that’s what you started. You need to plan and allocate money for life because life was not be everything to get out of debt. If you just put all your money needs, you should totally burn out after a while and probably end spends more money than you would if you would just give some money to the party himself.

Adobe Employees Get Some Android Goodies

Adobe is going to shower some Android love to their employees worldwide. This seems to be a direct response to Steve Jobs’ recent lengthy letter “Thoughts on Flash” which criticized Adobe’s format. The exact model of the mobile phone remains a mystery, although it is clear that it will run a new version of Flash especially made for the little green robot.

Among the candidates of Android mobile devices is the Nexus One along with a slew of HTC phones. This campaign aims to establish a familiarity and loyalty to the platform which actually supports their Flash Player 10.1 (goodbye iPhone).

Since Adobe has plans to launch their masterpiece in the Google I/O conference this May, there is talk that a Nexus One or a Motorola Droid will be a part of the take home goodies for developer attendees. Both are of course high end mobile phones carrying the little green robot.

It is clear that a line was drawn between the two mobile industry veterans the moment that Apple released the public letter. It even got Shantanu Narayen, Adobe CEO, to respond to the letter saying that it was “amusing” and that it was merely a “smokescreen”.

As of last November, Adobe has had around 8,600 employees worldwide. Does this mean that everyone will have the benefit of owning a freebie high end Android? No specifics were given, but if they would be generous enough to give it away in a convention, it is highly likely that a great majority would be trading in their phones too.

How would Apple respond to this marketing strategy? Surely they are not going to let this just pass under the radar. It does seem like companies turn to giving free stuff away to attract crowds, just like in the case of Palm’s “Random Acts of Wow”. Visit Moby1 to find the best deals for the latest Android phones. You can compare the best HTC Desire contracts as well as the best Xperia X10 contracts. They are also a good place to read mobile phone reviews for all the latest handsets.

Mobile Phones Will Never be the Same Again – the Blackberry Storm 9500 is Here!

It’s been causing a stir before it even got released, but soon, you′ll be able to get your hands on one of the most eagerly awaited mobile phones ever: the stunning, powerful and achingly cool Blackberry Storm 9500…

Fruit-based communications – the history of Blackberry mobile phones

When you look round the world of mobile phones, most phones seem to have one thing, one key point that sticks in your mind. The Apple iPhone’s known for its flashy interface. Sony Ericsson are known for Cyber-Shot and Walkman mobile phones… and Blackberry mobile phones are known for email. It won’t surprise you to learn that the first Blackberry mobile phones (well, let’s call them ‘devices’, for now) were focused heavily on instant email, wherever you were. That was their party trick, and it was so powerful a tool that Blackberry mobile phones became the standard for business phones. Rarely would you see a businessman using anything but a Blackberry mobile phone! But then, something happened, and they went all commercial. They weren’t content with being just business mobile phones any more, Blackberry devices wanted to finally live up to the name ‘mobile phone’ and crack the non-corporate sector, too. Their first assaults, the Blackberry Pearl, and Blackberry Curve, are still going strong today, and loads of people have joined the Cult Of Blackberry (and even more will do because of the Blackberry Bold).

But there’s one mobile phone that’s destined to be the star of the show for Blackberry this year, and with very good reason. It’s their first ever touchscreen mobile phone, it’s got innovation pouring out of every orifice, and it’s one of the sexiest and most powerful mobile phones of the year.

Yep, it can only be the Blackberry Storm 9500…

Blackberry Storm 9500 – more than just a storm in a teacup…

The Blackberry Storm 9500 is a first in more ways than one. Not only is it the first touchscreen mobile phone ever made by them, but the Blackberry Storm 9500 is the first phone ever to have a clickable, moving screen. I’ll say that again. The screen on the Blackberry Storm 9500 moves. And why is that? Well, because it makes the action of selecting something on screen, pressing down on it, feel like you′re pressing a physical button, giving you FAR more tactile feedback than any other mobile phones can manage. So good is this concept, that when using the virtual keyboard on the Blackberry Storm 9500 feels almost identical to using a real, physical keyboard! No other mobile phones in the world can claim that.

In terms of features, you a 3 megapixel camera (which isn′t as good as some other mobile phones on the market, but does still produce some really nice photos), HSDPA internet access and GPS, as well as a brilliant music and video player. Oh, and incidentally, given that the screen is also huge, videos played on the Blackberry Storm 9500 look fantastic.

Come on, how good is the Blackberry Storm 9500, really?

Ok, so it’s full of cool features, it’s got a unique clicky screen, but when you get right down to it, is the Blackberry Storm 9500 (or just the Blackberry Storm, if you can’t be bothered to keep using its full name) really that good? Well, yes, it is, quite frankly. Sure, you can list the features till the cows come home, but the true mark of quality in mobile phones is how a particular device makes you feel, and, well, the Blackberry Storm 9500 will make you feel brilliant. From clicking down on that screen (which just rocks), to watching videos, to the full Blackberry email service (which, yes, you do get), the Blackberry Storm 9500 is just phenomenal. So, to the answer the question… is the Blackberry Storm 9500 any good? No. It’s even better!
